Motivation

Do you ever wonder what motivates people to try new things? What is it that drives our children to pick up an electronic device and master it before we can find the power button? Most importantly, how do we relate to those children if we don't, at minimum, attempt to understand not only their curiousity, but their intuitiveness to technology. As an educator and administrator, I perceive that the future success of our students is based on our willingness as educators to embrace all aspects of technology and integrate them into all learning environments.
